Marcia Rowe, Registered MBACP (Accred)
Founder of Facet Therapy and Time-2-Talk Counselling Service
With over 25yrs of therapeutic practice, she continues to provide an outstanding service to the community. She has a wealth of clinical experience in supporting children, young people and their families, and has a strong professional regard to clients and her Team. Marcia is governed by the following professional standard authorities that enables the company to run effectively to-date:
- Registered Accredited Member with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
- Member of the Children and Young People (CYP) Division of BACP.
- Silver Membership with the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists (IAHT).
- Affiliate Member with Private Medical Insurance and Health Companies offering an Employee Assistant Programme (EAP).

J John-Anderson – Practitioner
She is a qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Practitioner. She understands the issues, triggers and signs around mental health and the factors that can affect the well-being of individuals. She relates well to children, young people and families, and possess the right ethical approach to achieve the goals with her client to access further support and further independence. Her experience of conducting Assessments provides the stepping stones in reassuring people to overcome their daily issues and enable them to maintain a structured and stable home life.
R John – Play Practitioner
She is a qualified and experienced Play Practitioner with over 15 years of supporting children and families. She has a great sense of humour and conscientious in her practice. The qualities she offers the children, provides them with a full and rich experience of creative learning through play. We also have the added bonus of the exciting stories she tells of a little boy’s journey at Time2Play. Younger children and their families can unwind as they listen to each story in the Community Corner Page.
C Bertram – Child Consultant & SENDCo
She is an experienced teacher with QTS Qualifications. Her calm nature and approachable manner gives children and families the confidence they need to access her support. Her clinical advice will empower children with additional needs the tools they need to achieve tasks and challenges. She strengthens cognitive weaknesses and builds upon their strengths so the whole family and progress together.
Dr R Joglekar – Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
Dr Joglekar has many years’ experience in working within the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). He offers expertise in assessment and treatment of ADHD, psychosis, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as eating disorders amongst other conditions in young people. He uses pragmatic talking treatments such as cognitive behaviour therapy with medication as appropriate.
M Dumbuya – Counsellor
A specialist Drug & Alcohol Counsellor and Family Support Practitioner delivers tailored programmes for individual needs. She has a lovely sense of humour and professional integrity to provide the right theoretical framework with clients. She has a flexible style of working to achieve positive outcomes within a short-term work. However, her fundamental belief around Person Centred Therapy means she can support the client with a structured Solution Focused approach.
