Time2Talk Counselling has seen an increase of over 80% of service users in the past year alone (2018-2019).

Stress and anxiety at work has been on the increase.  Staff taking time of work for depression and anxiety related symptoms had led to Stage 1 and 2 Disciplinaries at work.  It is a worry, but employers may need to re-examine their policies, especially when staff are on long term sick leave for serious medical conditions.
